When you hire us for a project

💡Personal data is anything that can identify an individual, either on its own or through combining it with other factors that could eventually identify an individual.

• When you first contact us with an idea, we'll need some information about you, such as your name, email address, geolocation and production information and we rely on Article 6(1)(b) - Contract and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - Legitimate Interests when doing so

• While we partner on a project with you, in order to fulfil our contract we will need to process your financial information and will rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - Contract when doing so.

You data will be stored in a few systems, such as:

• Monday.com - Our client database, which we use to organise all of our client information. Monday.com is based in UK/EEA and you can find more about them here.

• Google Drive - Our document database, which we use to store information. Google is based in the EEA/USA and you can find more about them here.

• Mailchimp - Our email management service, which we use to send out Newsletters and other email communications. Mailchimp is based in the USA and you can find more information about them here.

• We’ll Mind Your Own Business - Our accounts management service, which we use to produce invoices. We’ll Mind Your Own Business is based in the UK/EEA and you can find more about them here.

⏲️ How long do we keep it for?

We keep the personal data mentioned for the duration of your contract with us and for 6 years after, in line with statutory retention periods.

When you work with us as a freelance artist

🗂️ What personal data do we collect, why do we collect it, and what legal basis do we rely on?

💡Personal data is anything that can identify an individual, either on its own or through combining it with other factors that could eventually identify an individual.

When you work with us as a freelance artist, we need some information about you in order to work with you - such as your name, email address, phone number, financial information, location and your portfolio information. The legal basis we rely on for this is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - Contract and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - Legitimate Interests.

We may sometimes need to process your passport data to ensure we can fulfil our contract. When we do this, the legal basis we rely on are Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - Contract and Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR - Explicit Consent.

Your information will be stored in a few systems, such as:

• Raindrop - Our freelance management system. Raindrop is based in the USA and you can find more about them here.

• Paprika - Our agency management system, Paprika is based in the UK and you can find more about them here.

• Masv - A secure file transfer service. Masv is based in the USA and you can find more about them here.

• WeTransfer - A secure file transfer service. WeTransfer is based in the EEA and you can find more about them here.

⏲️ How long do we keep it for?

We keep the personal data mentioned for the duration of your contract with us. We’ll keep a record of your assignments for 6 years after you left us, in line with statutory retention periods for contractual disputes.

When you apply for a job with us

💡Personal data is anything that can identify an individual, either on its own or through combining it with other factors that could eventually identify an individual.

When you apply for a job with us, we need some information about you in order to see if we’d be a good fit - such as your name, email address, employment history and anything you share with us on your application. The legal basis we rely on for this is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - Legitimate Interests.

Your information is stored in Google Drive, our document database, which we use to store information. Google is based in the EEA/USA and you can find more about them here.

⏲️ How long do we keep it for?

We'll retain your personal information for 12 months if you are unsuccessful in your application, in line with statutory retention periods.
