At Across the Pond, we celebrate them both–as seen in this lucky charm created by Sanni, an emerging artist from The BRIT School as part of our Foot in the Door programme.

Foot in the Door is an Across the Pond outreach initiative. We help young designers take on their first paid project and showcase their skills. Often the artwork lives on our email footers and social channels, but it’s other places too. Like the stickers you saw on the About page.

For many it’s their first experience of the industry. They get guidance through the briefing, development and invoicing process. And we get to feel intimidated by the talent of 18 year olds.
